Refund Policy: C2C Training Programmes and Camps
1. No Refund Policy:
C2C operates under a strict "refund" policy. Once a participant has made a payment for our training programme or camp, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances.
2. Cancellation and Withdrawal:
Training programmes and camps are non-refundable however they can be cancelled at any time. If you wish to cancel your training programme, please contact info@civvy2commando.co.uk as soon as possible.
No refunds will be provided to participants who voluntarily withdraw from the training programme or camp.
No refunds will be provided to participants who are dismissed from the training programme or camp for disciplinary reasons.
Date changes are granted at the sole discretion of C2C. please refer to our “Date Change Policy” for more information.
3. Cancellation by C2C:
In the rare event that C2C cancels a camp, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
4. Exceptions:
Our "refund" policy applies to all camps, training programmes and services. There are no exceptions to this policy.
5. Changes to Refund Policy:
C2C the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will apply to all new participants.

Date Change Policy: C2C Camps
1. Date Change Request:
Participants may request a change the date of their camp attendance by submitting a written request to info@civvy2commando.co.uk. All date change requests are subject to approval by C2C.
2. Eligibility for Date Change:
Date change requests must be made within 30 days prior to the original camp start date.
Any date changes made within 30 days of the camp will be refused and no refund will be issued with no exceptions.
Date change requests are subject to availability and can only be accommodated if there are open spots in the desired camp with time and availability to backfill your place. Date changes are not guaranteed and will be granted at the sole discretion of C2C.
3. Date Change Procedure:
To request a date change, participants must submit a written request that includes their name, contact information, the original camp start date, and the preferred new camp start date. C2C will review the request and notify the participant in writing of the decision within 5 business days of receiving the request.
4. Additional Fees:
A date change may be subject to an additional fee, which will be communicated to the participant at the time of the request approval.Any additional fees for the date change must be paid in full before the new camp date is confirmed.
5. Limitations:
Participants are allowed a maximum of one date change per camp registration. Date changes are not allowed within 30 days of the original camp start date.
6. Cancellation After Date Change:
If a participant requests a date change and subsequently cancels their camp registration or is unable to attend regardless of the circumstances, our "No Refund Policy" (as specified in our refund policy) applies. No refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy: C2C Apparel
1. No Refund Policy:
C2C operates under a strict "no refund" policy for clothing purchases. Once a clothing item is purchased, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances.
2. Exchanges:
In lieu of refunds, we offer exchanges for clothing items of equal or greater value.
3. Eligibility for Exchanges:
To be eligible for an exchange, the clothing item must be in new, unworn, and saleable condition. Tags and labels, where applicable, must be intact.
4. Timeframe for Exchanges:
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
5. Exceptions:
Our "no refund" policy applies to all clothing purchases. There are no exceptions to this policy.
