In signing up to this weekend camp, you confirm you are physically able to undergo strenuous exercise, for example, run a 5K, carry out press ups, sit ups, burpees etc. 
Also, you confirm you have no underlying health conditions that would prevent you from taking part in physical exercise. 
 
And finally, you confirm you are at least 16 years of age (16-18 with parent or guardians consent) and no older than 55 years old.
