What is hell weekend?
Hell Weekend is a 24 hour physical and mental determination test to see if you have what it takes to get through arguably the most gruelling fitness challenge in the UK.
The rules are simple: from midday Saturday, the clock starts and it doesn’t stop until Midday Sunday. Your phone and watch will be confiscated so you don't know the time or how long of the 24 hours is left.
If you quit, you go home.
If you can’t keep up, you go home.
If you make it to the end but the Instructors believe you haven't given 100% or you haven’t displayed the correct attitude, you fail the course.
If you are one of the few still standing at the end and have displayed all the right qualities, you become an official “Hell Weekend Finisher”
who is hell weekend for?
Hell Weekend is not for the faint hearted. You must have a high level of fitness to attend. This is for those who want to test themselves against other like minded individuals and see just how uncommon they truly are. This is for those who want to push past what is normal and achieve “Elite” status in the fitness world.
‣ If you are a fitness fanatic, gym enthusiast, or sports person who is looking to prove themselves and want the next challenge which is harder than anything else that is out there, this is for you.
‣ If you are the sort of person who likes a down and dirty, muddy, physical challenge with their friends and wants to try something different, or someone with a passion for Military Books, TV Shows, and Audiobooks, this is for you.
‣ If you have do Crossfit, Hyrox, Marathons, Triathlons, or Tough Mudders and are looking for the next step up in physical and mental challenges, then this is for you.
‣ If you are the sort of person who likes getting after it and wants to prove to yourself and everyone else what you are truly capable of, then this is you.
‣ And if you are the sort of person who feels that they have something inside them, have more to give, and want to be pushed harder than ever before to increase your physical and mental resilience, then grab your ticket now.
We accept all genders, ages 16-55 years old, and MUST hold a high level of fitness, be physically able to carry out arduous exercise for long periods of time. Ideal fitness levels would be someone who can comfortably run 6 miles, complete 30 press ups, 30 sit ups, 5 pull ups, deal with carrying heavy loads and have no current injuries. What will I get out of hell weekend?
Hell Weekend is your chance to find out what you are truly capable of.
This is your chance to measure yourself against others and see if you truly have what it takes.
You will also make friendships for life during your time in hell and bond over shared hardship.
If you make it to the end and are successful, you earn the right to call yourself a “Hell Weekend Finisher” and no one can ever take that achievement away from you.
If you fail the weekend, then you will be told to go away and improve on your weaker areas before coming back to re-attempt.

This is NOT for everyone!
If this camp, or the rules of this camp don’t sound like something you are going to enjoy, please don’t sign up.
We require a high standard of fitness for this camp. You must be comfortable carrying heavy loads in a rucksack for multiple hours, running 6 miles, completing large amounts of bodyweight exercises and high intensity circuits. 30 press ups, 30 sit ups, 5 pull ups as a minimum.
You will be wet, you will be tired, you will be uncomfortable, this will be very physically and mentally demanding.
If you are carrying any injuries or have any pre-existing injuries you are unsure about, please make us aware before you sign up.
We operate on a “3 Strikes and you’re out” policy.
If you cannot keep up during a certain task or event you will be given 1 strike.
If you are acting unsafe or putting others in danger you will be given 1 strike.
If you cannot complete a particular serial or scenario you will be given 1 strike.
If you aren’t keeping up or are dropping below the standard of everyone else and holding people up, you will be given 1 strike.
If you are given 3 strikes, you are out and fail the course and will be sent home. No exceptions. If it is too late to send you home, you will stay overnight with us until it is safe to send you home, but you will be kept separate from the course.
Strikes can be given at the discretion of the instructors and are primarily for your safety and the safety of everyone else.
If you become injured but still want to continue the course, it is at the discretion of the instructor’s whether we let you continue or not. If the instructor deems it unsafe to allow you to do so, you will be removed from the course.
